Antonio David

Men's Team Assistant Coach
Antonio David is a 19-year-old footballer who plays as a defender for UD Santa Marta. After completing two seasons of development at Real Valladolid (2022/23 and 2023/24), he is currently combining his playing career with his role as Assistant Coach at Select Generation. During the 2025/26 season, he also served as an assistant with UD Santa Marta’s Infantil A team.

He stands out for his close rapport with players, ambition, and strong commitment to player development, with the goal of helping young athletes grow both on the pitch and as individuals.

Alex del Olmo

Men's Team Physical Trainer
Graduate in Exercise Science from the Pontificia University of Salamanca, with experience coaching and leading physical preparation across several local teams in Spain. Has also gained international experience in Italy, working in both Rome and Lecce within the football environment.Brings a strong foundation in sports science and physical development, with a focus on building professional habits both on and off the pitch.

Known for his close relationship with players, always looking to support their growth through personalized guidance and day-to-day attention. Combines academic knowledge with a practical coaching approach, applying principles of performance, health, and discipline to help players reach their full potential within a structured and supportive environment.

Cristian Pérez González

U19 Team Head Coach
Cristian has over 15 years of experience in football coaching, having worked across both youth and senior levels. He currently holds the UEFA A, B, and C licenses, and has coached within the academy systems of clubs such as Unionistas de Salamanca CF, UD Santa Marta, and AD Alcorcón.

Throughout his career, he has also worked as a tactical analyst, integrating that expertise into his coaching methodology. Cristian has extensive experience coaching players across various age groups, with a particular focus on youth and senior categories. Deeply passionate about football tactics and player development, he is committed to shaping intelligent footballers both on and off the pitch.

Germán Biombo

U19 Team Assistant Coach
Graduate in Sports Science from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, with a Master’s in Football Performance and eight years of experience coaching youth players across multiple age groups. Holds a Level 1 coaching license and brings a deep passion for football developed through years of playing at the regional level.

Combines his academic training with a player’s perspective, using that background to help young athletes understand the game with clarity and intention. Pays close attention to the small details that make the difference on the pitch, and brings that focus into every session.Fully aligned with the club’s mission of developing complete footballers, both technically and mentally. Sergio Rivas

U19 Team Physical Trainer
Graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, with a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the European University of Madrid. He combines a strong academic background with hands-on experience in both youth and senior football, focusing on enhancing players’ physical performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

He specializes in the prevention and rehabilitation of muscle injuries through strength training, with a particular emphasis on eccentric work during the initial phases of recovery. His methodology is grounded in scientific evidence and applied practice, ensuring safe and effective progress for each athlete.

Passionate about integrating performance and health, he promotes an individualized approach that empowers players to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Raúl Fuentes

Methodology Director
UEFA Pro Licensed Coach with a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. Currently leads the U-19 team at Unionistas de Salamanca in Spain’s División de Honor (top division), working daily with elite-level youth players.

Founder and Coordinator of the training methodology at Select Generation, where he has coached since 2023. His approach focuses on both individual and collective development, emphasizing decision-making and tactical understanding. Brings a modern coaching perspective rooted in game realism, progression, and long-term growth. Actively involved in aligning all academy teams under a unified playing identity and methodological framework.

Alejandro Martín

GoalKeeper Coach
Graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), with a UEFA B coaching license and a UEFA C goalkeeping license. Currently active with Unionistas de Salamanca, working across both the División de Honor and Tercera División teams.

Brings several years of experience coaching goalkeepers in club and academy settings, combining technical precision with a clear understanding of positional demands. Focused on developing confident, consistent goalkeepers prepared for high-level competition.Passionate about the role, committed to helping each goalkeeper grow through detailed feedback, personalized training, and a strong emphasis on decision-making, communication, and game-specific scenarios.

Raúl Santos

Physiotherapist
Joined Select Generation Academy for the 2024/2025 season in Salamanca, supporting the team’s day-to-day operations through physical preparation and pre-session care. Brings certified first aid knowledge and a strong understanding of the physical demands of the game.

Plays a key role in helping players stay ready and focused, assisting with warm-ups, recovery routines, and basic injury prevention. Fully committed to creating a safe, professional environment where players can perform at their best both physically and mentally.

Jorge Martín

Field Assistant
Currently balancing Mechanical Engineering studies with an active role in football, both as a player for Hergar and as a futsal coach. Brings firsthand experience from both perspectives—on the pitch and from the sidelines.

Joined Select Generation during its inaugural season, supporting all game-day operations and logistics. Plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of matches and training sessions, and will continue in this role for the upcoming season. Combines a strong work ethic with a clear passion for the game, contributing to the club’s daily functioning while staying actively connected to football in multiple roles.

David Monzón

Field Assistant
Member of the technical staff at Select Generation, working closely with players to provide personalized support and assist with their integration throughout the season. Plays an active role in match-day operations, ensuring both preparation and execution run smoothly. Combines his passion for football with a professional career as a troop member in the Spanish Air Force, based in Valladolid.

Brings discipline, structure, and a team-first mindset to his work on and off the field. Dedicated to creating a positive environment for player development, while contributing to the club’s day-to-day functioning through consistency, leadership, and attention to detail.

Sam Henneberg

Director of Soccer at Select Generation
Based between Miami and Bournemouth - Sam is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire, where he was a 2-year starter and conference champion. He also played in the 2021 USL 2 national final with NC Fusion and 3 years at Catawba College. Originally from Guildford, England - Sam is well connected in the collegiate soccer pyramid and is working with programs globally to place players at the next winning team after their time with Select Generation FC.

Head of International Programs & Director of Select Generation Academy
NCAA All American and currently playing Third Division in Spain, decided to start Select Generation with a passion for developing young athletes and a drive for player growth. Victor has strong connections to academies and professional teams in Europe and the US. Currently based in Salamanca, Spain and overseeing operations for Select Generation Academy, as well as international camps and club tours.
